Role Purpose
• Assisting with all legal, statutory and industry compliance reporting,
• Assisting with the internal and external audit process,
Key tasks, responsibilities and accountabilities
• Being one of the key point of contact for control processes for both internal and external customers,
• Assisting with the internal and external audit process,
• Assisting with the preparation of Regulatory and Statutory information, including the preparation of Statutory Accounts for all entities,
• Administration of VAT, including the preparation of VAT Returns,
• Assisting with the production of Corporation Tax computations and Returns,
• Administration and control over the banking system and mandate information,
• Responsible for the collation and production of the balance sheet and month end files,
• PSA Control and Administration.

Education, training, skills and experience required
MINIMUM
Recognised accounting qualification (AAT)
Multi-currency experience
Application of parent company policies
Strong financial and compliance controls
Strong Excel skills
DESIRABLE
Understanding of US GAAP
Travel industry knowledge
IFRS knowledge
Desired personal traits/disposition
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Team player
Confident and a good communicator
