HR Manager job in Medway upto £46k DOE. Must have HR management experience with CIPD Level 7
Your new company
You will be working for an established manufacturing/production organisation based in the Medway area of Kent. The HR Manager job will require you to manage a small team within a fast paced environment. the organisation currently have approx 250 employees.
Your new role
You will provide HR guidance and support to the management team and assist in the development of HR best practice inline with business objectives. You will recommend practices to develop company culture, organisational change, coaching and developing managers and supporting senior management and managers on disciplinary, grievance and restructuring processes. You will arrange attendance management meetings, advise on sickness improvements and drive diversity in all aspects of the business. You will manage all employee benefits, develop reward packages working closely with payroll. You will be responsible in recruitment for the business including utilising available tools for direct recruitment where possible. You will manage 2 members of staff and support them with constructive feedback and coaching.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need recent experience and be an established HR Manager leading a HR team ideally within a manufacturing, production or similar industry. You will have people leader experience and worked within a demanding fast paced environment. You will have excellent people skills and great experience in Employee Relations. You will be CIPD Level 7 and ideally degree educated.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £40k - £46k dependant on experience with addition company benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays. You will work 9 till 5:30 with an hour lunch with occasional times needing to start earlier or work late to meet shift workers etc.
