Our Client is currently looking for a reliable and experience 2nd chef/Sous Chef to come and join their kitchen team. They are a brand new, state of the art care home which currently houses up to 60 residents and is located in-between Sevenoaks and Dartford Meaning for anyone that will be driving you will have easy access to the M25.

We are looking for a reliable, passionate and experienced chef that will be able to work well in a team as well as individually. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean work station and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Home currently houses 20 residents at this moment, therefore due to the number of residents the team which you will be working in will be relatively small. You will work with a General Assistant who will be responsible for any prep work and Kitchen Porter duties. You will be a team player within this position as will your fellow colleagues and be happy to help out where needed.

You will be working a 5/7 days a week which will include weekend days therefore the ideal candidate will need to be flexible with working times and dates.
