Experienced Account Manager - Dartford

We have an exciting opportunity looking for an experienced Account Management role.

We are a thriving Furniture Hire company, that supplies furniture to various different exciting events; such as corporate functions, conferences, exhibitions, parties, sporting events to name a few!

The role will include:

- Taking customer enquiries through our website, via email and telephone and converting to a sale

- Customer care- from initial point of quote to ensuring jobs run smoothly and after care

- Producing quotations

- Managing and developing your portfolio of existing customers

- Visiting clients and being on site when necessary

For this role, you:

- Must be target driven, motivated and professional

- Have good negotiation, sales and selling skills

- You must have experience dealing in a B2B market

- Have experience managing a portfolio, and good customer service skills

- Must have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

- Work well within a team
