Betacove’s core business delivers insurance claims repair services, job management and reinstatement works for well known, service driven, home insurance providers.

Mainly focused on the domestic part of this industry we carry out between 1500 and 2000 claims per year. that means we liaise, administer and deliver services to customers in their hour of need all over the southeast of England.

Now in our 28th year we care a lot about our team and working together. We are looking to enhance our trades team with likeminded professionals to become part of our small and friendly refurbishment operations team.

As a qualified tradesperson you will attend our jobs and carry out repairs, reinstatement’s and refurbishments of mainly domestic properties to a high standard. The role whilst trade led does require the ability to multi trade where possible with some; tiling, making good, filling, decorations and the essentials in getting a job completed when needed.

Working under your own initiative you will need to champion our core values and promote our commitment to 'best in class' services to our clients and customers.

Ensuring the attainment and compliance of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the project / claim life cycle, proactive customer liaison and communications, updating of systems, liaising with other trades staff and contractors, and coordinating appointments, site attendance and material and for plant procurement needs are all part of this role.
