JOB TITLE: International Customer Administrator (9 month contract)
INDUSTRY: FMCG
LOCATION: Folkestone
HOURS: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4:30pm
BENEFITS: 24 days annual leave + bank holidays with the option to buy and sell 2 days
The day to day duties within your new job would be:
* Verifying orders against forecast
* Entering verified orders on SAP, raising and sending order confirmations
* Raising deliveries
* Providing third party warehouse for stock
* Being the first point of contact between customers, production planners, finance and logistics
* Maintain current monthly sales reports
* Investigating and issuing credit and debits
* Receiving data for new accounts
* Co-ordinating overseas product samples
We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:
* International customer service experience is ideal
* SAP would be an advantage but not essential
* Knowledge of export processes and shipping documentation an advantage
* MS Office experience - MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
