Marketing Administrative Assistant

Salary: £18,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Job Role:

* Assist the marketing team in prioritisation and meeting project deadlines
* Organising meetings, following up on actions and assisting with creative briefs
* Updating content in management systems and contact databases
* Assist with the production of marketing reports
* Work with third parties to produce promotional items
* Work alongside the compliance team to manage approvals of marketing collateral
* To liaise with external suppliers including creative agencies
* General admin duties; updating policy documents

Essential Skills:

* A hands on can do attitude
* Punctual and a good track record of attendance
* Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
* A good level of verbal and numerical skill
