An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented credit controller/debt recovery officer to work with in rapidly expanding and successful company based in central Maidstone.
The ideal candidate will have Credit control or debt recovery experience within a fast paced and high intensity environment. There is a heavy emphasis on high call and email volumes. Great communication skills are also essential, as a large part of your day will be spent on the telephone talking to people. You will have an inquisitive mind and take a flexible attitude toward resolving problems to a successful conclusion. Finally, you will able to consistently follow procedure and have a great eye for detail to ensure a high standard of work is delivered.
The candidate will be required to provide high levels of customer service whilst hitting and exceeding targets. A team player which works well under pressure but also has the initiative to thrive alone. You must have a strong educational background with a ``can do`` attitude and a willingness to learn.
