An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a highly successful and unique business based in Rochester.
This vacancy is a 6 month contract and will pay a vital role in a new system migration project that the business will be commencing immediately.
The successful candidate will be highly experienced with the Purchase Ledger function and available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Matching invoices against Purchase Orders.
* Process invoices for payment.
* Process supplier runs.
* Reconcile supplier statements.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchase ledger queries.
* Set up currency payments.
* Process staff expenses and approve the receipts.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
Person Specification:
* Experience using XERO
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
* Confident around systems and able to adapt quickly with different packages.
* Strong communication skills.
This role is available immediately, with potential interviews this week!!
