Sales Support Administrator
North Kent
£22,000 - £24,000 DOE
Mon- Fri (8:45 - 5:15)
A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator has opened for a driven individual looking to join a long established, market leading company!
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and are also capable of managing a number of concurrent workflows.
Duties include;
* Acting as support for the sales team, providing insight around the accounts performance
* Supporting customer service teams in day to day administrative tasks
* Be the first point of contact for all customer related enquiries; helping with all ad-hoc related issues
* Keeping customer databases up to date and to a high standard
* Managing and updating customer contracts, central internal sales documents & customer accounts files
* Accompanying the sales team to ad hoc events and presentations as and when required
* Producing monthly analysis for key distributors/customers and any ad hoc enquiries, providing insight to the sales teams and any other relevant departments
* Giving all round support to all departments managing all low level enquiries
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
* A clean UK driving license
* Highly organised and capable of managing a number of workflows
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally
* A natural problem solver, using your own initiative to resolve any issues as and when they arise
* Strong negotiation skills
* Target driven
* Trained to an Intermediate level of all MS office applications
* Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
* Ambitious with energy and drive; demonstrating a passion to progress
* Experience of working in a customer facing role
