This is a varied role for someone who is a HR generalist , dealing with day to day recruitment . Would consider 4 or 5 days a week.
Some of the duties include:-
- Update and maintain HR Policy and Handbook
- Select and carry out first interviews all candidates for office staff
- Carry out references checks
- Update and maintain Contracts of Employment for all staff
- Monitor and record all absence, holiday and overtime records
- Prepare accurate and up to date information for the finance department to enable the monthly processing of the payroll
- Ideally someone who is a team player with an eye for detail, and can work to deadlines.
