We are looking for a part time (up to 30 hrs per week) Support Worker to join the new team at Cottage Hospice in Five Ashes.
Cottage Hospice is the first of its kind in the UK, led by volunteers and facilitated by nursing staff. It will help us meet more unmet need in the community by providing end of life care in a ‘home from home’ environment at our purpose-built Cottage Hospice in Five Ashes.
We believe that no one knows a person better than their family, so your role will be to empower and enable family caregivers to continue to care for their loved ones at the end of life.
You will be part of a workforce dedicated to ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to those in the dying phase of a terminal illness, demonstrating a flexible and dynamic approach to care.
We will give you learning and development opportunities to help you progress, along with the ability to transfer an NHS pension, annual Cost of Living increase, generous holiday allowance including long service recognition and enhancements for bank holidays and night shifts.
