The IT Service Professional will join my client in their mission to Listen, Understand and Deliver tailored software solutions for our customers. You will be involved in all aspects of the project from presales consultancy, through implementation to project delivery as part of our highly skilled and customer focused team.
You will need to:
● Build customer Relations - Building mutually beneficial relationships with both colleagues and customers will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Pre-Sales - Creative and innovative thinking and a general understanding of business processes will be essential attributes required to identify possible opportunities and solutions.
● Technical Implementation - Enjoying logical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail will form the bedrock of your success Good organisational and project management skills.
Responsivities and Tasks
● Creating a strong relationship with the customer
● Understanding and Specifying the work to be undertaken
● Developing software solutions with accuracy and flair
● Managing the work of other team members where appropriate.
● Maintaining, reviewing and improving existing processes and controls
● Visiting Customers around the UK
