Legal Secretary (Private Client)
Location: Central Tunbridge Wells
£21,000 - £23,000 per annum + benefits
Monday - Friday 9.15am - 5.30pm office hours
Culture: Professional, Modern offices. Large team.
Office Angels have teamed up with a local Professional Law Firm who are looking for a Legal Secretary with experience of working with Private Clients to work in a busy office within Tunbridge Wells.
Your day to day duties will include:
Providing secretarial duties to Fee Earners
Diary Management
Ensure a smooth process of documents and correspondance
To dictate and type all legal documents
Answering all telephone calls
Plus any other administration including filing, faxing and ad-hoc cover when required for other secretaries/departments.
