Technician - Technical Operation Support department
City based Lloyds Broker is seeking an individual to assist the team as a member of Technical Operations Support. You will be expected to provide technical and administrative support to the directors and other members of staff as appropriate. This includes but is not limited to, the following:
Preparing and issuing:
·drafting policy documents;
·processing credit and debit notes;
·drafting policies, contractual documentation, certificates, slips and endorsements;
·entering risk details into the system;
·make up physical files
·maintaining up to date and accurate records of the work;
·liaising with clients, Insurers and other staff to resolve any arising queries if and as appropriate
·inviting and monitoring renewal instructions;
·keep a regular check on renewals, lapses and extensions
·generally providing support to the producers/brokers;
·preparation of slips/market presentations;
·preparation of client presentations
The successful candidates will have experience handling technical insurance documents such as MRC Slips / Endorsements preferably with a Non Marine background. Professional Risk experience is desired not essential
