We are looking for a responsible administrator to assist our Contracts Manager. Your daily tasks will be to provide clerical support to the Contract manager and Accounts team.
The Contracts Administrator will provide administrative support & undertake data input, issuing work orders, booking in specialists, arranging access and chasing in reports. Accepting deliveries, updating purchase orders and making arrangements for distributing to engineers, process sales orders
Raise linked variation quotes and other sales enquiries for the relevant manager, progress Jobs from acceptance through to invoicing. Scanning, filing of paperwork and photocopying as required processing invoices and purchase orders to assist managers, maintaining the customer database accordingly. Calling customers to book jobs in and also to inform them when ordered equipment has arrived.

Based in Kings hill
Salary negotiable
20 days holiday Plus bank Holidays

Responsibilities
• Order office stationery and supplies
• Maintain internal databases
• Submit accounts
• Keep employee records (physical and digital)
• Maintain a filing system
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare regular reports and quotations
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Make marketing calls
• Handle queries from managers and employees

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with office equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Packages
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
