Customer Service Advisor / Office Trainee

Rural Paddock Wood (driver required)

£17,000 - £18,000 per annum + 20days holiday + BH, Pension and Parking

Culture: Small team, busy office and reactive environment

Hours: 8/9am - 4.30/5.30 Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday a month 8-4pm (with a day off in the week)

Start: ASAP.

Are you looking to take your customer service skills into an office environment, or do you already have customer/ administration skills which you want to transfer into another role?

Office Angels are looking for a bright, capable and motivated candidate to work with this busy company where you will work within a small team dealing with customer enquries that come in via phone and e-mail, processing orders, booking jobs, allocating deliveries into the database system and processing sales.

You will process all relevant paperwork and liaise with customers and internal staff to ensure that customers get the best possible service, and manage your own workloads.

If you have excellent attention to detail, and can work independently we want to hear from you.

This role has full training so could be a new career for you with potential progression.
