We are currently looking for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join a well-established travel organisation, located between Ashford and Folkestone. This is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for someone keen to join a busy and highly successful travel organisation.
The role: To bring brilliant coaching and management skills to drive the performance of the Travel Consultants by helping the team achieve their goals and optimum performance levels. Please note, this role will involve some weekend work.
Responsibilities:
• Motivate and inspire your team by balancing people’s individual needs with the needs of the customer
• Collaborating with other Team Managers to support the delivery of great service, bookings and team development
• Deliver feedback and performance reviews
• Use relevant data and metrics to coach and drive performance of your team members
• Be results driven and focus on driving performance whilst keeping your team engaged
• Be flexible and adaptable to the various changes throughout the business and Contact Centre
What we are looking for in an individual:
Previous experience working within a contact centre environment in a team manager position. We are looking for a strong communicator, who carries strong passion for sales and people development. A true leader who is flexible, approachable and able to make quick decisions. No two days will be the same!!
