Facilities Manager - 6-month contract initially
Immediate start - handover prior to 24th December
£31,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday - 37 hour week
Maidstone

This Facilities Manager role is to work for a highly reputable and very rewarding business within the Maidstone area (free parking) on an initial 6-month contract, however there is potential for this to extend or become permanent thereafter.
You will have proven experience at delivering an efficient facilities service for a busy Head Office and ensuring the correct maintenance of the building. The successful Facilities Manager will have had previous experience managing contractors; looking after an onsite café and working with security and site management.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Tendering for, managing and monitoring contracts including building services, security and maintenance
* Managing the café and associated catering worker
* Managing external contracts ensuring value for money
* Dealing with all aspects of any letting within the office, including liaising with tenants and car park control
* Planning and implementing any major office works
* Arranging checks of all safety equipment such as emergency lighting, fire alarms and fire extinguishers
The successful candidate will have / be able to:
* Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 Minimum)
* Demonstrate previous experience managing a catering facility
* Experience with Contractor engagement and management
