Customer Service Advisor

£20,000 PA + bonus

Westerham, Kent - will ideally drive due to location

Monday - Friday (37.5 hour per week)




Main Duties/Responsibilities:

To provide technical support, correctly identifying products or services required whilst meeting the needs of the Customer, answering a high number of calls within a compliance based framework to a satisfactory conclusion and where this cannot be achieved, escalating to a senior member of the Management team. Updating customer records in line with GDPR regulations using in- house data bases.

Other responsibilities:

* Deliver excellent customer service
* Handle customer questions and complaints
* Handle service problems politely and efficiently
* Understand company products and services
* Maintain pleasant and professional image
* Maintain accurate customer records

Key skills required:

* Experience in a similar role is essential
* Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
* Computer literate
* Educated to GCSE level and above
