We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at Jaguar Land Rover in Canterbury. These are exciting times for Barretts as we are shortly due to move into our brand new state of the art Jaguar Land Rover ARCH facility.
You will be the main interface for our JLR service customers and will be expected to extend a professional and outstanding level of customer service at all times. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a great team player and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be well-organised, calm under pressure and confident dealing with both external and internal customers. Ideally you will already have experience of working in a similar role within a busy customer facing environment.
This is a full-time position. Your standard hours of work will be 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturdays on a rota from 8am until 1pm.
