CALLING ALL TEMPS!

Due to a higher demand for Administrators and Receptionists on a temporary basis, we are currently looking to add some reliable temps to our books.

Calling all flexible, positive and reliable individuals who have a strong administrative experience.

These roles will be based in the West Malling and surrounding areas - due to location and short notice we can only consider candidates who drive and have their own transport

Duties might include:

* Meeting and greeting clients
* Receptionist responsibilities
* First point of contact for calls or emails
* Diary management
* Travel management (possibility of international travel arrangement)
* Managing documentations and extracting information whenever necessary
* Liaising with various staff throughout the company
* Data entry

The right candidate will have/be:

* Flexible and reliable
* Available immediately and happy to work at short notice
* Strong Microsoft office experience including Excel and Outlook
* Previous administrative experience
* Happy to work both short term and long term temporary work
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong organisation

In taking on any of our temporary roles you will need to be able to commit to the full time scale provided and must be happy to come to our Kings Hill office to register
