Team Secretary to £25,000 City

Leading Lloyds Broker is seeking to recruit a Team Secretary/Administrator.

Overall Role:

Team Secretary / Administrator is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Division.

Key Accountabilities / Core Competence Indicators:

Secretarial, administration and support for the Division

Departmental correspondence

Departmental records administration

Diary control


Maintain departmental records

General administration duties, to include taking minutes of meetings

Pre-checking of Divisional Documentation

Turnaround of tasks within a given time frame


Ensure filing is kept up to date at all times

Monitoring of Premium Payment Warranties

Processing of Non Premium Endorsements (NPE's)

Arrange and co-ordinate travel (including Visa's), trips, lunches and company flat bookings

Ensure travel arrangements and itineraries are organised and run according to plan.

Ensure meeting rooms and catering requirements are booked for both internal meetings and clients and ensure that the needs of clients are catered for.

Prepare and check expense claims

Arrange Visa's as and when required

Turnaround of tasks within a given time frame

IT - Excel Intermediate

IT - Outlook advanced

IT - PowerPoint Intermediate

IT - Word Advanced

Planning and Organising

Time management and prioritisation

Communication skills - excellent verbal and written skills

Good typing skills

Insurance knowledge

Knowledge of the standards set out in the best practice manual

Core IT systems

Relationship management
