Transactional Finance Supervisor | Maidstone, Kent | £28,000 - £32,000
Our client, a successful, well-established services business is seeking to recruit a Transactional Finance Supervisor to join their friendly and long-standing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team in a busy role with the potential to take on additional responsibilities.
• Supervisor a team of between 6 – 8 staff
• Produce monthly Aged Debt Reports and aged Creditor Reports
• Oversee and prepare weekly management reports
• Sales Ledger
• Process AP BACs runs
• Allocate and process supplier invoices
• Prepare and send staff account deductions to Payroll Dept
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Process bank entries
• Code & sign off one off payment requests
• Set up DD Mandates
• Countersign all Account Credit application forms
• Complete AP account request forms
• Manage Accounts staff holiday requests
• Complete Accounts staff sickness & return to work forms
• Assist Management Accountant Manager
• Deal with any queries that arise
• Oversee and assist staff when needed
• Other adhoc duties
Candidates should have previous staff supervisor experience, be used to working within a fast-paced business and be able to be discreet with sensitive data.
