An award winning innovative provider of large scale travel solutions. The Kings Ferry is looking to add a Sales Executive to their successful Sales Team in order to further drive revenue growth, whilst providing first class customer service, in line with The Kings Ferry company values.

Based at our head office in Gillingham Kent you will need to be someone that has extensive experience of selling to both businesses and consumers in a consultative solution driven environment.

Primary role:

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for maximising all revenue opportunities and demonstrate a real hunger for closing sales. We are looking for a fantastic sales person who can add real value to our already successful and ever growing business.

The Kings Ferry have invested in the tools and systems to allow the sales team to focus on the task at hand. Utilising our Salesforce CRM system, the Sales executive will be able to generate quotes, manage pipeline and achieve business results effectively.

This role will be primarily focused on dealing with and converting incoming sales opportunities that are received via the web, email or telephone.

Your daily duties include:

•Delivering sales against structured KPIs and revenue targets
•Establishing prospective customer’s travel needs in order to provide suitable solutions that meet their needs
•Providing prompt quotations and proactively following up on sales pipeline
•Building strong client relationships to retain custom and encourage repeat business
•Promote and upsell additional services to meet the customer needs
•Organising any additional customer requirements as necessary

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

•Highly successful sales professional from within a service driven environment
•A ‘hunter’ outlook is desired, you’re an excellent negotiator, communicator and influencer
•Quick learner with the determination to succeed and ability to think outside the box to maximise results
•Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
•Excellent commercial awareness
•Ability to build strong working relationships
•Experience in consultative based selling
•Ability to follow management instructions
•Excellent telephone manner being able to demonstrate first class customer service

Sales professionals with experience of working with technology/online driven travel business would be very much of interest.

Competitive basic salary on offer with generous sales bonus.
