Are you an exceptional team player that thrives on delivering excellent customer service?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Account Manager to work for an established company, based in the East Kent area.
Your duties will include:
* Diary management;
* General administrative duties;
* Ensure the customer's needs are met on time to the required standards, while striving to exceed their expectations;
* Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers;
* The ability to problem solve in a methodical manner whilst ensuring all parties are kept updated;
* Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and timely fashion, both on the phone and by email;
* Process customer orders and provide accurate quotes.
40 hours per week - 8:30am-5pm.
Requirements:
* Driving licence and own transport - due to the office location and site requirements.
In return, you'll be awarded with the following benefits:
* 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 27 days, subject to service;
* Contributory pension;
* Free parking on site.
