Our client based near Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Part Time Accounts Administrator this can be based over 3 days a week or 5 days. Your duties will be to support the Accounts Manager with day to day accounting operations
* The duties will include-
* Sage and Xero knowledge an advantage
* Enter purchase ledger invoices
* Manage day to day transactions, as requested
* Make payments to suppliers
* Produce Weekly payroll and NEST reports
* Produce bank and supplier reconciliations, sub- contractor invoices and expense claims
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Assist with accruals and pre-payments
* Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts
