Enjoy supporting customers and clients with enquiries, orders and quotations; build rapport and relationships to encourage new and repeat business and increased revenue for the business. Record and load information into the internal systems, demonstrating good IT skills and attention to detail whilst working to a pace and to deadlines. Handle inbound phone calls and emails from a selection of different customers, clients and suppliers.

This role would be brilliant for someone with good customer service skills, a good telephone manner and some office experience is desirable for a first-job candidate.
