Customer Care Manager
Mid/North Kent (travel required)
£45-50k + car allowance
Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are working with an exciting established housebuilder, who are looking for a Customer Care Manager to start work on a permanent basis in Kent.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the final quality inspections of new build properties
* Put the customers expectations first at all stages of the process
* Go out and visit customers to understand exact needs and expectations
* Manage external and internal relations
* Feedback specification issues
* Upload customer notes and details up to the companies portal system
* Carry out previews of new build houses
* Liaise with maintenance teams to relay customer expectations
* Build a through knowledge of the different house types
* Manage a team of administrators ensure call waiting times are kept to a minimum
What you need:
* Previous experience in the same role
* Previous house building experience
* Great communication skills
* Experience managing a small team
* Full UK Driving License
* Ability to build relationships
* Background in Customer Service
