Salary: £21,006 to £23,903 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year, fixed term for up to one year

Locations: Hadlow

We are looking for a strong Coordinator to carry out a range of administration duties within the busy HR team. The role will include processing the recruitment of all new staff; producing and uploading adverts, sending out application packs, acknowledging applications and organising interviews, through to completing all pre-employment checks, contracts of employment and correspondence.

This is a very varied role; the post holder will also be required to raise PO requests, undergo research and project administration in addition to data input tasks in order to support the maintenance of accurate personnel records for all staff.

The successful candidate will need experience of working in a Human Resources function. Excellent customer service skills, administration, organisational and communication skills are a pre-requisite of this role, as is the ability to be sensitive and maintain confidentiality.

This is a full time post, working 37 hours per week, you may be required to travel to our Tonbridge campus from time to time.

As well as a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan, salary sacrifice scheme and free car parking, this post also attracts six weeks holiday each year (excluding bank holidays).
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and provide proof of their right to work in the UK. Where applicable, a prohibition check will be carried out.
