We are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager for a client based in Kemsley.
Previous recruitment experience desirable, to start as soon as possible.
Your duties and responsibilities:
• Being the main point of contact for Coordinators on site
• Inductions and training for new starters
• Managing our associates and monitor their performance
• Represent our agency and continue to build on an established partnership with our client
• Carry out daily attendance checks, performance reports and other ad hoc administration
• Collecting time sheets in a timely manner
• Compliance duties
• Communicating and resolving queries by phone/email
50 hour per week includes weekend working pay
Basic salary £26,000, with achievable performance related bonus of up to £2,000.
