This role is joining a small but growing food manufacturing organisation in Medway. It would suit an experience operative, with previous relevant experience, working to strict guidelines
The role of the weighing and mixing operative is to: -
* Follow production lists to ensure products are mixed in a timely manner, ready for the manufacturing and production teams
* Follow strict instructions for ingredients, ensuring exact weights and measurements etc
* Mixing dry powers together to ensure there is no wastage or spoil etc
* Following processes to ensure compliance to food standards
* Help improve standards across the team, to minimise contamination and waste
* Working to strict Health & Safety procedures
* Raise issues of standard or quality to the appropriate manager
* Ensure production lists are followed accurately
* Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained to a high standard, to avoid cross-contamination
