Planning Co-ordinator / Customer Service Advisor

Rural Kings Hill (Own transport essential)
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm and 8am-4pm
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays plus discretionary annual bonus
Our client is a market leader in their field and is looking for a Planning Co-ordinator to join their small, friendly team on a permanent basis.
This is a very busy department and would ideally suit someone who has previously worked within a contact centre / high volume inbound customer service role. You will have exceptional communication skills and be a proactive problem-solver who thrives on going above and beyond for customers.
Duties for this Planning Co-ordinator / Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:
* Proactively ringing customers to update them on their order and the expected delivery date
* Liaising with customers and any third parties to ensure delivery is successfully made
* Problem solving with any delivery issues and re-arranging delivery where needed
* Checking delivery paperwork against order details
* Answering and resolving inbound enquiries
* General administration
The successful Planning Co-ordinator / Customer Service Advisor will have / be able to:
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous contact centre / high volume call-based experience
