INFORMATION SECURITY TECHNICAL ANALYST

Information Security Technical Analyst - £50-70,000 - Kings Hill

My client are a leading financial services organisation who are looking to grow their Information Security team.

You will be integrated into an existing team of professionals with a similar skillset to yourself to work on Information security consultancy, internal/external audits, digital protection, Business continuity and vendor management processes.

In applying for this role, you will have experience and knowledge of articulating complex requirements, information security monitoring, security incident response and access management.

Key responsibilities: -

* Threat monitoring and intelligence gathering
* Perform information security reviews of the core business and group businesses, as well as third parties
* Provide advisory and consulting support to help the company improve its security posture and adhere to security policies, expected controls and regulatory requirements
* Proactively identify information security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement and facilitate development of pragmatic solutions
* Serve as a key liaison point between the IT security team and the business gaining business support for IT controls and security efforts
* Travel to other sites located within the UK and Europe to help and support, as and when required

Experience: -

* Strong experience in Information and Cyber security within a regulated environment
* Information Security Monitoring technologies (Tenable Nessus, OpenVAS, Qualys, Qualysguard)
* Security Incident Response technologies (Splunk, SolarWinds, AlienVault, LogRhythm)
* Access Management technologies (CyberArk, SailPoint, Bomgar)
