Location: Crossways Business Park, Dartford - covering South East areas

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm

The role:

You will be expected to:

* Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets
* Implement business plans and create personal business plans to achieve branch/personal objectives
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve the branch targets/objectives
* Conduct sales presentations at client meetings
* Interview candidates and match them to the positions of our clients

You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role:

* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Client and candidate customer focused

We will require you to have experience of:

* Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
