Description The successful HR Administrator would be responsible for:
• ensuring the office is run smoothly
• managing all HR records and keeping them up to date
• issuing any contractual changes
• ensuring employees take part in the correct training
• carrying out health and safety inductions for all new-starters
Criteria for HR Administrator :
Customer focused approach
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all level of staff.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft , Office , Excel , Work , Powerpoint
