We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer to work with a highly prestigious residential and commercial company based in Canary Wharf.

The company is a blue-chip corporation who look after retail and residential properties and have a great on-site team. They have a proven track record of providing an excellent service and support to the building's and apartments. As this team have been so successful, they are now looking to expand and take on more Engineers to be apart of the team.

This position is a permanent role paying £38,100 per annum plus benefits. This is a shift role so you will be required to work a mixture of day and night shifts as per rota set up.

Duties include:

* Identify and diagnose faults
* Carry out repairs and maintenance
* Provide servicing and repairs support to the plant and machinery
* Carry out skilled tasks as required by the facilities management team
* Lifting and shifting equipment and machinery
* Complete task sheets daily
* Carry out any other tasks provided by facilities management team

Person Specification:

* Apprenticeship in an electrical or building services HVAC is essential
* Minimum of 1 years' experience working within building services maintenance is required
* Excellent information technology Skills along with building management systems knowledge
* Must be able to work well within a team and communication effectively
* Must be able to work at heights outdoors
* Brilliant customer service and communication skills
* Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts on a rota basis
