PR/Social Marketing Executive

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Hours: 40 hours - 8.30am-5pm (30-minute lunch)

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

The Company

The company are primarily known for their association with insurance brands; however, the company also have various leisure sites in the South East. This role will oversee the marketing for these sites which comprising of two hotels and an 800-acre outdoor facility site.

The Job Role

* Collate and distribute press releases to all press contacts for each site
* Manage social media accounts
* Report on results and activity (effect on impressions, engagements, following etc.)
* Carry out competitor analysis
* Coordinate shoots to ensure content gathered for social activity (photography and videography plus interviews etc.)
* Compose and distribute articles/ blogs for social channels (covering corporate, private and wedding market)
* Collate and distribute monthly newsletter for sites
* Coordinate (with Marketing and Events Coordinator) press events as well as attending external events
* Analyse and report on monthly PR activity
* Updating memberships with upcoming events and offers
* Proofread all content for social and internal/ external communications
* Update TP Listings and website content on a monthly basis

The Successful Applicant

* 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Full driver's license and own mode of transport
* Good written and verbal communications skills
* A strong team player
* Good organisational skills
* A positive attitude towards learning and work
* Can work under pressure to tight deadlines
