We`ve opened new markets, developed our longstanding relationships and to harness our momentum and we are now looking to add to our diverse and long standing recruitment team based in the Head Office in Canterbury.

You will work a full recruitment role to source and supply vacancies and candidates within the Accountancy & Finance sector, to develop this sector and build your desk. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Farrer Barnes, you will  receive industry-leading training and continuous support throughout your career. 

Profile:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- A real flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
- A proven sales history
- Time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A good sense of humour
- Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- B2B experience will be looked on favourably

This is a full time, permanent position. On offer is a competitive salary DOE,  with the addition of a very generous, uncapped commission structure.
