ATAC Solutions are one of the leading wastewater engineering companies in the UK supplying wastewater treatment systems throughout the UK and abroad. We have a Service and Maintenance Department, we have a Water PLC Projects Department, we run our own fleet of Vacuum Tankers, we have a large e-commerce Pump Sales Department, with all works carried out by qualified, trained and compotent members of the team.
ATAC Solutions are looking for an experienced administrator to work within our Operations and Compliance Department.
The role will include keeping up to date our Internal Management system which will include but not be limited to; Company Checks, ISO Documentation and Auditing, Vehicle Checks, Training Certificates etc, Health & Safety Reporting, Environmental Reporting etc...
The role will involve some time management administration and helping pull together Tender Documents and working on Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
The role will also include, completing KPI Documentation, Sales Administration, attending Contract Meetings, Job Tracking and Contract Administration.
The ideal candidate must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, should have a keen eye for detail, have the ability to work well under pressure and preferably have experience in a similar role.
