This is a critical support role within the busy division, providing proactive response to the varying and often demanding Customer needs. The role requires good attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills together with persistence and resilience are key success drivers. An ability to think quickly and clearly will be required.

A good all-round education and strong computer skills are crucial to carrying out duties efficiently and effectively. Excellent administration skills will be required to ensure the full and proper maintenance of the data base and Technical manual.

The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience of database management
• Producing written manuals
• Processing engineering costs and invoices
• Diary management, scheduling visits
• Engineer administration
• Strong MS Office skills

Hours: Department open 8am to 5.30. (40 hours per week)
Must have transport due to location
Salary depending on experience
