Are you an experienced Office Administrator, with Sage experience? I am looking for a Part Time Office Administrator, for a small business outside of Canterbury.

This role will involve ad hoc work, and will suit someone with a 'can do' attitude, willing and able to pitch in to different areas of the business.

Main duties will include:

Diary management

Dealing with inquiries via phone and email

*

Procurement of office supplies

*

Managing invoicing

*

Some sales

You will have:

*

Sage software experience

*

Be used to dealing with the general public

*

Office administration experience
