Role: Coming in at ground zero you will be joining a small team that is producing new and exciting sustainable products for children. This is a unique opportunity for an individual wanting freedom from a larger organisation and the chance to build and develop their own strategies and marketing team.

The role will include taking full responsibility for the companies digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Working alongside our in-house designer you will have a critical role in creating and marketing digital content in-line with our sustainable model.

You will become a key member of the team contributing to almost every aspect of the brand's delivery throughout 2020 and beyond.

Experience: You must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to manage, maintain and report on all relevant marketing channels. A thorough understanding of utilising marketing budgets effectively is essential.

Creativity and individualism are also highly valued and you will be encouraged to develop innovative marketing ideas and be adaptive in your approach to different situations.

We are looking for individuals with strong demonstratable experience in the following areas,

• Paid and organic social media campaigns (Marketing across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter including Facebook pixels).
• Email campaigns (Implementing and managing email marketing campaigns).
• Content scheduling (Maintain a content scheduling platform).
• Monitoring and compiling analytical reports (Monthly).
• Community building (Through media channels).

Additional knowledge in areas such as SEO, Google Ads (Analytics and tags), loyalty reward programmes and leading a small team would also be advantageous.
