Recruitment Account Manager

3 months GUARANTEED COMMISSION.

Recruitment Account Manager - £60k - £80k OTE. Atlas Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our lively and growing team. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic Account Manager to work in a busy office environment, with one very large client that has an incredible amount of engineering and IT vacancies to work on. There will be very little business development with this role, outside of opening up new departments within this UK wide client. Your role will be to build lasting relationships with the clients various technical managers as well attracting a pool of candidates to fill multiples of each role being worked on. For this position you will be an exceptional communicator and will be skilled in high volume candidate sourcing. Any experience working with clients with a large production department, IT development teams or that regularly need electrical, hardware, software and systems engineers would be ideal.

Key requirements:

* Maintaining and servicing one extremely large client, building relationships with technical managers and the recruitment co-ordination team
* Head-hunting and networking to place mainly, IT & Engineering professionals at all levels and UK wide
* Writing attractive adverts to locate the best candidates

Traits required:

* Successful IT or Engineering recruitment experience
* Account management experience
* Confident talking to highly technical candidates as well as team leaders when taking job specifications
* Excellent communicator

As an Senior Recruitment Account Manager working at Atlas you will be earning an OTE of between £60,000 - £80,000 with a basic to be agreed upon depending on experience. You will also receive 25 days holiday + all bank holidays, pension, work laptop and up to 3 months of Guaranteed Commission at the start of employment.
