Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant - Hot Desk available - £80k OTE

At Atlas Recruitment Group we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our new engineering division. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You will be working in a busy and expanding office environment, aiming to attract a pool of new candidates while managing a group of existing clients that have a number of live vacancies waiting to be filled and already signed off for at leasst the next 2 years. For this role you must be an exceptional communicator and highly skilled in high volume, high value candidate sourcing.

Engineering Recruitment Consultant job:

* Recruiting candidates into the Engineering Sector
* Maintaining and servicing current stable of active clients
* Head-hunting, networking and writing attracting adverts to locate the best candidates
* Managing all client and candidate relationships and making sure they both receive the best service efficiently and effectively
* Aim to achieve set financial targets
* Account Manager

As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant working at Atlas you will be earing an OTE of around £80,000 With a basic to be discussed depending on experience.
