Project Co-ordinator





This is an exciting new instruction for a Project Co-ordinator with a global manufacturing client in the area and key employer.




The role is being presented on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to provide particular support following a recent acquisition and has also become available due to an internal promotion.




The main focus with this position is we are searching for someone with strong administration skills and attention to detail in order to meet the demands of the role. Good MS Office experience also required (with Microsoft Project a bonus, but not considered essential)!




A love of working within a fast paced environment is an absolute must!




The Role:

We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive, co-operative and flexible approach to work.

You will be providing comprehensive support to the Project Management Office team in the delivery of its portfolio.

You will be supporting the Project Managers in the day to day activities that require significant administration support.

Individuals must have strong admin experience, able to multi-task, deal calmly with difficult of pressured situations and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

As the PMO Co-ordinator, you will work across multiple projects and organisational functions to support with planning, co-ordination and administration activities. The role is also heavily focused towards supporting the New Product Development Programme delivery team to administer tasks, track progress and support with the development launch of NPD projects.

The role is incredibly varied and will contribute to the efficiency of the business by promoting the roll-out best practice principals and working as a valued membered the Programme & Project Management Organisation.



Additional Skills/Personal Attributes & Experience:

We are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and initiative.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

A working knowledge of SAP would be considered helpful but non-essential

A willingness to learn and develop

High energy

Comfortable working against a backdrop of continual change




Salary & Benefits:

Our client is offering a favourable salary & benefits package

9% matched pension contribution.

24 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays)

Health cash plan

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with an early finish on a Friday.
