We are looking for a HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in fully establishing a HR presence within the company, allowing us to support recent growth and assist our people to be the very best they can be.
KBE Drinks were established in the UK 30 years ago focusing on the European development of India’s No1 beer brand Kingfisher. In the last 2 years our brand portfolio has enjoyed a period of rapid expansion and now represents brands from all over the world the majority of which are part or fully owned by leading global brewers.
Our corporate mission is to promote a differentiated, authentic portfolio of leading world beers and ciders to delight and refresh consumers.
This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract, 3 days per week (22.5 hours).

Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment and selection (and associated administration)
- Advertise roles to internal and external candidates across a range of media to attract high quality applications
- Assist in the shortlisting process
- Arrange interviews with selected candidates
- Ensure professional contact is maintained with all candidates from their initial application onwards
- Collate and manage feedback, ensuring this is recorded and delivered to candidates as necessary
- Check right to work documentation and undertake reference requests
- Timely and efficient completion of all recruitment and new starter documentation including employment contracts and on-boarding documents
- Active involvement in, and improvement of, the induction/on-boarding process for new hires
- Wide range of HR associated administration including preparation of contracts, variations, leaver process.
- Maintain current filing systems and support project to move to a more paperless environment
- Provide general ad hoc support to a number of ongoing projects within the HR remit seizing the opportunity get involved and lead on individual aspects.

- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Passionate about attention to detail and seeks pride in seeing a task through to completion
- Strong IT skills with the ability to work independently
- Resourcefulness, eager to show initiative and keen to develop yourself, the team and the company
- Up to date knowledge of employment law, including GDPR would be advantageous
