I am pleased to be assisting my client in the recruitment of a payroller/ Finance Assistant.
My Client is a growing charitable organisation based is Ashford, Kent. The position has arisen due to retirement.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, your role will include duties such as:
•Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual accounts
•Processing invoices
•Payroll
•Raising sales invoices
•Making payments
•Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliation
•Providing advice and dealing with general day to day queries
Successful candidates will be a highly motivated individual who has experience of working in a finance team. You must also be comfortable using accounting systems and Excel.
Job Offer
£20k-£24k per annum
