Website Developer

£23,500 - £25,000 DOE



The purpose of this role is to develop the company's websites with traffic ranking factors in mind to support business KPIs and the overall marketing plan.



Key responsibilities:

* Working as part of the Digital team to build engaging website pages through design, coding and modifying.
* Building new functionality within the website and a range of landing pages to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
* Acting as the first point of contact for all things technical on the website with global partners.
* Designing and building of integration between core business systems and websites to enable effective data flow.
* Regular communication with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

Key skills required:

* As the only in house developer, you will need to be a competent web developer with a proven background in a similar role
* Sitecore experience is highly desirable, however training will be offered if required.
* You should be a competent analyst
* Understanding of website UX and A/B testing
* Excellent communication skills and a good team player
* Good understanding of programming languages such as HTML, Javascript, API's and experience in web programming.
* Good understanding of SEO and Google Analytics and experience of presenting optimisation suggestions based on results.
* Experience of web development - preferably knowledge of Sitecore, Wordpress and Microsoft Dynamics.
