This company, based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, work on large corporate accounts as specialist financial advisers. They currently seek two trainees to help support two of their 4 6-10 person teams.

This company have a 35 year history serving large corporate accounts internationally (no language skills necessary). They provide a range of specialist financial services, and liaise closely with clients, primarily in Europe. The company focus on improving their client's efficiency internally such as by auditing accounts.
The company have an incredible industry knowledge and their clients include some of the most prestigious corporations globally. Throughout their history they have saved their clients in excess of £1,000,000,000 and expansion is the reason for the vacancy.
International travel to visit client offices and headquarters is included with the role.
The Role....................
This is an entry level role aimed at individuals with an interest in finance and anywhere from 1-3 years office experience previously.
You will join a 6-10 man team within the company's headquarters. From day one you will gainexposure and experience across the role, including;
- Liaising with clients directly, collecting and editing important data and documents;
- Data entry, checking information and auditing accounts using Microsoft Excel (training provided);
- Contacting suppliers and external organisations such as HMRC and the FCA;
- Working with your team to meet deadlines for important data submission;
- International travel (with team) to visit clients;
- Other duties across the business, administrative or client-facing.
The Candidate.......................
This company seek candidates with:
- A keen eye for detail;
- Exceptional levels of motivation, passion and excitement for financial services;
- An excellent telephone manner and a naturally clear and professional communication technique;
- IT literacy in packages such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
- a driving licence and access to a car - offices not accessible by train.
YOU MUST BE BASED LOCALLY TO SEVENOAKS, ORPINGTON, TONBRIDGE.
